Terms of Service
1.
Although each logo design is original, Pandecta Magazine makes no guarantee
regarding the availablility of trade names or trademarks. By ordering
a logo design from Pandecta Magazine, the customer indemnifies Pandecta
Magazine, it's owners and affiliated companies from legal responsibility
regarding all copyright, trade name and trademark issues. The
customer agrees to take sole legal responsibility should the logo design
be infringent upon existing intellectual property, copyrighted material,
trade names or trademarks of any kind.
2. Alterations to the first draft (if required) will be delivered within
72 hours.
3. When a refund is requested, the customer looses copyright to the purchased
logo(s) and may not use the logos for any purpose whatsoever. In such
cases, the sole copyright of the logo designs in question will remain
with Pandecta Magazine.
4. Pandecta Magazine retains the right to display all draft and final
logo designs on it's web site(s) or any promotional material for promotional
purposes only.
5. Pandecta Magazine may change specifications of logo design packages,
prices and the Terms of Service above without prior notice.
